What can I customize?

Our 72 hour emergency kits are completely customizble to meet your families needs. For the food portion, choose from peanut-free, gluten-free, vegan, halal and kosher meals.

Other customizable options:

-Infants (diapers, wipes, formula for bug-out bag)

-Pets

How does delivery work?

 

No shipping fees! All emergency kits are hand delivered within the GTA. When we deliver, we'll walk you through the contents of your new kit, and carry it to your basement, closet, or wherever you would like it stored. If you live outside the GTA, a delivery fee of $20 applies. See the map below to determine if you live outside of the free delivery area.

How do I pay?

​

Payment is made at the time of delivery, just like a pizza! Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or cash (unfortunately debit isn't available at this time).

What happens if we actually have to use our kit, and we run out of supplies?

​

We will refill any of the emergency kit contents for $60, plus the cost of the supplies (at any point in the future? Is there a limit?). We'll also send you a reminder email one year after the purchase of your kit, to let you know your food/water/batteries are about to expire, so that you can use or replace them.
